Question Super Sport neck on Silhouette Special?

I know that has been a topic about this before, but somehow I cant find it. I was wondering if it's possible to put an Axis Super Sport neck on a Silhouette Special? I kinda like the "more beef" feel of the neck, but I kinda mis the Silhouette sound.

Nope, don't think so...ASS and Luke necks are interchangeable, as far as I can remember. Will find the thread for you, as I started one about that

You can put the Axis SS neck on the Silhouette Special, but there's going to be a small gap leftover in the pocket. Nothing stopping you from doing it, though.

I'd only do that if it was a perfect fit, not with a gap. Thanks anyway. Now I'll just have to find someone to trade my Super Sport with.
