Radio knobs, very clean neck, lovely burst... I'm surprised how thick the finish looks.

Not cheap though.

Some of those early finishes were a mile thick. They couldn't seem to decide how to do it. I had a 77 and a 78 with "normal" depth poly, but I've seen examples from both those years with the thick, goopy thing going.
