DC Resistance: 8.32K

Year of introduction: 2001

I believe these are the specs and I had a set in an Axis. They sounded great; very clean and vintage and that was with a 500K pot.

Hi DrugDM,

thanks for the info, but this is the data for the Virtual PF.
I think, I didn't express clearly enough what I want to know: I'd like to know the data on the bridge humbucker, that was used prior to the Virtual PAF. What I found on the forum was, that the earliest Silo Specials were equipped with Schaller humbuckers. Then they switched to a custom wound Dimarzio, which is said to be in the vintage ballpark, sound- and output-wise. Only around 2002/2003 they switched to the Virtual PAF.
Maybe somebody did disassemble his Silo Special i.o. to get more technical info on that custom wound Dimarzio and would like to share with me (or us) :)
