Another one for the "EBMM" list, at least in my case:

- if company CEO sees me playing another brand, phone calls and verbal abuse ensue.

One reason to expand on number 9 for playing EBMM basses - fantastic tone that has great midrange. Great for definition and cutting through. Before i settled on the bongo, i played everything i could get my hands on, and only the MM's had the full range sound that i wanted, followed closely by the good old Jazz basses. when it comes to chording, those mids are very important to me, they bring out the notes of the chord much better than a scooped sounding bass (i.e. warwick).

I love the neck finish and fretwork on EBMMs...:) And of course the tone and feel and..everything.

I honestly, after almost a year and a half of owning my sterling, cant find anything i dislike about it.

There's way too many awesome things about Ernie Ball Music Man basses and the company, for me to not be completely crazy about both.

Seriously, I wouldn't love it all so much if you all weren't so damned good. Amazing look, Amazing sound, Amazing feel, Amazing company, to me it's,

"Why not play a Music Man?"

Not necessarily #1, but a true fact anyway:

- An EBMM improves your muting techniques (and I can tell from my own experience). You have to! EVERYTHING can be heard when coming from an EBMM bass.

for the EBMM list (in no particular order)

* unfinished necks
* the truss rod wheel
* this forum rules
* theyre the best basses in the world (IMHO and yours too ;))
* the prices are great (this is probably a seriously underrated fact IMO)
* what other company's ceo is gonna feed me and give me free booze for a whole weekend? :)
