Once again, the customer service guys come through with excellent service! Had a very minor issue with my Bongo that was able to be fixed over the phone and then had a question about the pickup on my Classic. All answered and taken care of within a few minutes!

Had a small issue myself and was on the phone as I was reading this, as always, CS was personable and answered my small question right away to my satisfaction (thanks, AJ). They are the best.
