On behalf of my family and myself I want to thank everyone who posted a message of sympathy after my dad's passing.. I don't know anyone here personally but this forum gave me so much comfort and strength over the last few days, thank you so much.. I have read and reread the messages a few times and I'm amazed at your kindness and generosity of spirit.. this is a great place and I'm honoured to be a little part of it.

I posted a similar thread when my dad died a few months ago. I took the 4 pages of well wishes and printed them out...now they're in my 'Dad' book. This place is like a big family...

I'm glad our little global family could give you some support and love. It's true, we all don't know each other personally, but I know we've got a group that will support each other if needed. We should have a "family reunion" someday to get all the knuckleheads together!!
