Sterling;

I'm packing up after a FANTASTIC weekend here in sunny Kalifournia, reflecting on all that happened, all I was priveleged to see and the great people I finally got to meet.

Please allow me to express my most heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff for doing this for us. You made us all feel like VIPs.

You're unusual (if not unique) among business leaders in truly understanding the value of the user community and the importance of making your customers feel involved and important. Too many companies are faceless monoliths...even if they try to pretend that they're friendly, everyone knows they're not. It comes off as fake.

You folks are the real deal. This weekend is one of those experiences that none of us will ever forget.

PS: I hope you enjoyed the little party favor I gave you.... :D;)

Now, if I can just figure out a way to sneak those canisters of Wonder Wipes past the security check at the airport.....

Andy - it was great finally getting to meet you and to spend time with you talking about basses, music and our common amplification system!

Sorry for the slight hijack.

I think I have said thanks 3 or 4 other times to BP and crew - but one more won't hurt.

Thanks BP
