Hi,

Just wanted to give a big thank you to EB customer service. I just recently purchased a used Black Onyx Sterling, I was getting no output. I think his name was Dave or Dan....sorry I forgot. LOL

He give me some good tips/walkthroughs on what to look for even though the bass wasn't under warranty.

BTW, I fixed it...it was just the battery terminals.....it wasn't making good contact.

Also, this thing plays like a DREAM!

My first EB but not the last.......

EBMM has the best CS in the biz. I have had a bunch of Fndrs and WWicks and had to deal with their cs teams on several occasions. Neither one could hold a candle to the service you'll receive with EBMM. Their CS is the one of the big reasons I sold off my "other" basses and play MM.
