A helluva party, and a great (and informative) factory tour! Sorry I had to miss the concert (going on as I type), but I had only planned on staying for the dinner/jam and tour/round table.

Well worth the drive from San Francisco!

BP, Blair, and EB staff...you guys kicked ass on this one!

John Ferraro, TommyD, and Mike...thanks for having me up to jam for so long. I felt like a real bass ho!

Luke and Jack...thanks for the huge laughs at the Forum awards...I think I pi$$ed myself from the non-stop comedy!

If the welcome mat is ever put out again, I'm there!

Oh, and BTW...

...I'M A BONGO CONVERT! No "Sterling in November".

Ditto: Tremendous thanks to BP for an "unimaginable" (and in all likelihood, an unduplicatable) Open House Tour!!

A very special thanks to you Shamus63 (James) for a superb job on bass during our jam set!! Nick DuBaldo, thanks for a great job on very difficult vocals!!

And lastly, (and I think I speak for James and Nick) it was an honor to play alongside John Ferraro, a truly venerated drummer in the industry with unbelievable musical skill!!

Big Poppa,

I want to post something here to thank you, but there are no words or electrons worthy of the effort.

no words

I was gonna save my first post out of lurkdom for when I put my MM order in (next weekend, baby!)...but having been lucky enough to be included in this past weekend, I have to put my 2 cents in... that was an unbelievable/fantastic/awe-inspiring/can't-find-the-words event!

I went to college in SLO, so I've always respected & liked Ernie Ball/Music Man guitars, but as a company, there is no equal... you won't find a better bunch of people, employees and artists alike. The defining moment for me was seeing Steve Morse and Dudley on the stage trying to fix a problem with Luke's amp... a world-class musician and the head engineer of the company out there helping a brother... 'nuff said.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen! :)

Another lurker adding a great big thanks to BP and all involved (yes you Blair) in pulling off one great event. Sterling, your generosity is greatly appreciated, and needless to say, thanks to all the artists who put on such a fantastic show Saturday night.
