I got my JP7 back today from a much needed frett leveling. It plays like a brand new guitar! I like my JP6 well enough but the 7 string is home. I've played a 7 almost exclusively for over 8 years now and have a hard time getting used to anything else.

Thank you Dan and the fine team in the repair department. I was settled in for a much longer wait was very pleased at the quick turn around - not to mention the wonderful work and a guy on the other end of the phone who really cares. I worked in music retail for several years and never, I repeat NEVER ran into a customer service department more, well, *customer* oriented than EB.

I couldn't get a replacement truss rod nut from Gibson. I've waited on hold for over a freakin' hour with Fender on multiple occasions and had customers wait five months for guitars in Washburn's repair department.

I can't even begin to express the level of satisfaction I have had with EBMM and my personal purchases. That is a saga that really doesn't need to be aired out again but I was absolutely blown away with the dedication this company had to make sure I was happy.

They say make a person happy and they might let somebody know. Piss them off and they will tell at least 20 different people. Well, I'm a big mouth and let at least 20 people know one way or the other. I tell everybody who is into music or guitars about my balls. :D

Another CS success story. They never cease to amaze me time and time again. Nothing but happy customers 99.9% of the time. Bravo!
