I had another superb customer service experience. I want to publicly thank AJ and the tech who worked on my Bongo. You guys are the best!

I might add I bought the bass used yet I felt well taken care of.

These things go a long way with me in terms of product loyalty.

I also would like to thank the EBMM Customer Service department. My Breast Cancer Awareness Bass got shipped out Tuesday to Bass Central but Customer Service was great. They were always really friendly and helpful when I called. I'm sure they got sick of my calls every few weeks but they never showed it. I didn't want to bug them to much but the suspense was killing me. I am so anxious to get this bass and start playing it.

They are a top notch team over there in SLO. Billy is my fave....one day I'll talk him into selling me a pink Axis ;)
