The gigbag I purchased for my Sterling from a "major retailer" was defective, coming apart slightly at the seam. No one's fault, stuff happens.
"Major retailer" said past 30 days, Manufacturers responsibility.

I called CS, spoke with AJ- He told me to send it in- I did, and received a replacement straight away.

Great to see that a Company stands behind its products and takes care of business so efficiently- Should be a model for many others in any industry.
So I'm certain that it's been posted before, but big props for the great job they do.

It has been posted before, the way EBMM responds to customers, but it's one of those things that can stand to see the light of day every now and then.
