The gigbag I purchased for my Sterling from a "major retailer" was defective, coming apart slightly at the seam. No one's fault, stuff happens.
"Major retailer" said past 30 days, Manufacturers responsibility.
I called CS, spoke with AJ- He told me to send it in- I did, and received a replacement straight away.
Great to see that a Company stands behind its products and takes care of business so efficiently- Should be a model for many others in any industry.
So I'm certain that it's been posted before, but big props for the great job they do.
