I just wanted to say thanks to ALL of the the people of EBMM. Not only do you guys provide the most consistent quality product at VERY reasonable pricing, but if there's an issue of ANY type - you're on top of it IMMEDIATELY! BP (and all EBMM employees), I feel that my recent dealings with your customer service on a simple string issue would have been swept under the rug with any other large company, or would have at least taken 2 - 3 times as long to come to resolution... I emailed customer service Saturday night, and had closure to my issue last night before I went to bed. In my book (which is over 1000 miles away from Coachella...) this is nothing less than OUTSTANDING customer service! Thanks again - for the high-quality, great-sounding products that you make available to us knuckleheads, and for standing behind them.

Agreed. I have only bought second hand MMs, and I live almost on the other side of the world, still EBMM have given me outstanding customer service. And outstanding instruments. My favorite stringed instrument company, by far.

EBMM customer service is awesome. My dealings with them have inspired me to be better at the CS I am involved with.

I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, cuz all my guitars have been awesome from them with no problems! but when I do have to, I'm sure it will be a lot better than some of the experiences i've had with customer service.
