I can't believe this, but Dan from Customer Service just called yesterday to tell me my guitar was done. Nothing really special there, right? Well, the guitar in question needed a refret and EBMM turned it around in about a week!!!
When I sent it off, I expected to be without it for 3-4 months because I'm more used to other company's customer service departments and lag times.
My hat's off to Dan and the group out there. My guitar should be back in Houston next Wednesday.
