the bass of hotwatermusic-album, no division

Does anybody know what the bassist (jason black) from hotwater music is playing on their (4th--i think) album "no division?"

I know that he had a stingray at one time but on every album he has a different bass sound. so possibly, it might not be, even though on that album more than any other it sounds like what one traditionally thinks of when they think of a stingray.

I love his bass sound on that album.

does anyone know?

the album I'm concerned with is flight and a crash. sorry. and I found out he plays G & L ASAT live and i think a J-b2 I guess in the studio because I have never seen him play one live.
