The Bongo is a harsh Mistress

Over the past month or so i have been playing my Bongo non stop. everyone knows how good it is so i wont go on about it. But what i figured out is that my poor stingray has been left in its case.

So next practice i took my stingray along and fell in love with it again. I love that bass as well, i cant believe i was going to sell it to get my bongo.

so now at gigs i play both the bongo and the stingray for different songs, looking like a pro with my bass rack set up. Although the Bongo has a massive range of sounds, the stingray still has its unique growl

Bringing both to gigs is a good idea if for no other reason than as a backup in case a problem arises. But also, it's a good way to turn on other bassists to the sounds of Music Man! Play like the wind my my friend and don't look back.

Agreed. Though I have to agree, she is a tough mistress. Pulling out the SUB after ward just isn't the same, seeing as how much more powerful the bongo is...
