Wow, Derek! Those are great pics! I was just driving down Washington yesterday and looking at the mountains that border Indian Wells. Absolutely stunning, this area we live in...
My best friend Fred Drake (RIP) opened and operated Rancho De La Luna in Joshua Tree. I loved going out there and hanging out with him - he recorded Queens of the Stone Age, Victoria Williams, Daniel Lanois worked with him for a bit....it was always fun.
And what a beautiful place. Fred left us a couple of years ago, but the Rancho is still open and doing well and managed by some of the coolest guys ever.
Hey if you guys ever have need to hire a Canadian software guy... I'm more than willing to relocate It'd be the perfect hire ... I'd work, you'd pay me, I'd give you the money right back buy buying equipment/strings/swag ... anyhow, let me know. I'm currently looking for different employment.
LOL!
From what I've seen over the last week or so, you're doing a way better job than the travel agents around here.
You've got me wanting to visit. That is for sure!
Just out of curiosity....let's say I do make it for the Open House (85% sure right now), would Big Poppa be up for a game of golf at the location in picture #4? I have clubs and they will travel!
