The new Baritone ...just go order one NOW!!! (CLIP ADDED)
I just got my new EB Baritone!!! Yeah boooooy! (Thanks Mr. D) I already found a place for it on a tune I'm playing all guitars on for a young Canadian pop diva named Shiloh produced by drummer Marco Minnemann. This guitar is really incredible! I can't believe I ahve been playing these guitars for over ten years without a a Bari! I played it this year at NAMM and instantly fell in love with it.
If you have the new Brad Paisley album, Play, you can hear his Bari prototype model on there. It sounds like he has the out of phase thing going on on many tunes. Often, it sounds like a ballsey Tele in the higher registers at first blush, but then when it drops down into the lower sub-guitar realm, it ques even the un-countrified to its real identity!" Ok, and if you don't have the new Brad Paisley album, then you MUST get it. Kind of like Telecasters, Nashville bad-ass all-star round-up, meets Keith Urban, with killer song writing and on and on.
Next stop...detuned death metal-meets East European Electronic gypsy art-music...
