The right EBMM for me?

I'm looking to get a versatile guitar that's good for both rock and jazz. However, I don't really like playing on a tune-o-matic or a Floyd. I've narrowed it down to either a JPM, an Axis Super Sport with humbuckers and a fixed bridge, or a Silhouette. I'd be playing jazz at school through a JC120, so that would help getting the jazz tone out of it. Any suggestions?

Silo....hands down it;s the most versatile due to the pickup config. And they're sexy.

One other thing: Is there a switch for the piezo on a Silhouette similar to the JPM or the Axis? I've seen pictures and I haven't noticed one. If there is, where is it?

I was thinking the same thing, but the schematic on the website doesn't show one either. I think it means that the piezo is always on and you have to blend the volumes yourself ie turn the piezo volume all the way down instead of a quick flick of a switch.

I am a die hard JP axe fan....but, I will have to say that the Silo would be the way to go for what you want to do. OC is definitely right on this one.....go with the Silo.....my 2 pennies.

you might want to look at the axis supersport as well, lots of tones with the pup splitting, but I love them both, meaning the silo and the axis ss -
