Think I got a Killer deal...

So I just picked up a new "old" stock Reflex Gamechanger with Piezo and after trading a Telecasterr on it, my net cost was $860! Anyone know what retail is in these? The seller got it with about 20 other guitars he bought for his store when an out of state retailer went out of business he said.

The guitar I traded in towards it was given to me so I had no money in it at all.

The Reflex is new, with case and all the case goodies, USB cable, etc.

I usually don't go for solid black guitars but I couldn't pass a deal like this up.

Oh I'm gonna play it! I've been just getting into home recording and doing little instrumental "EP's" & just having a blast with that so I think the Reflex is going to be great for recording.

Anybody have any idea what kind of DiMarzio's are in these? (Or what they are similiar to in the DiMarzio lineup as I assume they are just generic "custom for EBMM" DiMarzio's)

It's mind boggling how many tonal options there are...I've been playing around in the Game Changer app for an hour or so...I thought my Steve Morse had a lot of tonal options!! Jeez.

IIRC, the pickups are custom DiMarzios wound specifically from EBMM to work well in split coil mode with the single coil.

Question for anyone out there that also has a Game Changer - if I choose a tone from "Bank Z" (the top switch) either on purpose or inadvertently, how do I get back to "Bank A" or "Bank B"...is it as simple as re-picking one of the "A" or "B" tones with the 5-Way switch?!? That's literally about the only thing I haven't seen explained anywhere.

This thing is a lot of fun and has great tones...I can see it challenging my Majesty for playing time!

EDIT: Holy cow! I just realized there is an entire forum section for the GC! LOL Well, if anyone knows I'd still appreciate the information while I spend awhile in the GC forum now...my girlfriend is gonna love me reading all the GC posts instead of paying attention to her!!

So I got around to trying out the piezo in this thing today with the Martin acoustic IR from 3 Sigma...

OMG! I thought the piezo on my Majesty sounded good with the 3 Sigma IR...the Game Changer is unreal. This thing is going to be fantastic for recording.

I also got Banks A and B set up how I want them today (for now at least) and I set all of Bank Z to my one "go to" tone.
