This is why I love Desert Gold

Desert Gold and Lava Pearl are my two favorite colors from EBMM's palette, and I'm happy to say that I own both. As a color per se, Lava Pearl is the #1 in my list. But just because LP doesn't have that "changing" quality of Desert Gold, I think that DG would have been the best choice for my fretted Bongo (The one that gets the most gigs) instead of the fretless. Of course, I only noticed that when the bass arrived.

I actually just had a deal fall through trading my BD for a DG HSP (call me crazy). It is a stunning finish (and good looking sings don't hurt it much )
