This is why you buy EBMM-JP15
Let me start by saying I am in my mid 40s and have been playing off and on for about 20 years . I have own many different guitars over the years but never an EBMM. We are a military family stationed overseas so getting a new guitar here is a pain but when I was watching the NAMM show and I saw the JP15 6 quilt I was amazed. Had to have one. First thing that Monday after the show I ordered one. So last month it arrived after a long wait. It was perfect plays amazing even after being shipped via the military half way around the world. Skip ahead 28 days I was cleaning and noticed a line in the top quilt. UMmm WTF
there was a small crack that formed in the top near the neck. Not in the neck pocket but on the top.I have never seen a guitar do this I freaked. I called where I had ordered it from and they where awesome to say the least. They said let us contact EBMM and see whats going on. I was told to ship the guitar back at there expense and it would be replaced without question. Dealing with a few other big named companies over the years I have never been treated this way period. No questions no- well it might be, we can fix or something. Let us see it then we will decide what we will do “Just send it back we will get you a new one.” NO clue on how or why it happened I am sure they will figure it out. Simple as a bad spot in the wood. The only down side is waiting a few months to get another one
A company that truly cares about quality and its customers
