To LOVE our WORK is probably one of the fundamentals of a happy life;
and what someone like Mr. Ball does to keep SLO making basses (and strings, and accessories, and, yes...Guitars) as well as well, changing the game
of the Bass guitar etc. undoubtedly takes a hella lot more than a 9 to 5 stretch at the work cubicle...

I'll bet it's a BLAST and a 1/2, but no doubt the mileage takes its toll.
