A lot of guys on The Gear Page are really into the PRS guitars with Rosewood necks (Crackwood, they call it), so when the Rosewood Axis hit the stores, they were all over them - a Rosewood neck for half the price of a PRS!! And the Axis neck feels nicer, to boot!

I think he did in fact mean "Axis Neck" as all the necks from EBMM guitars feel quite different.

Actually I had a PRS w/a rosewood neck.....for a month.
I do NOT like it in that incarnation.

THe RW Axis is the guitar that made me eat my hat.
