It's in the "used" section, which makes me scratch my head as to if this was an end-user customization?

If anybody's interested in that JP, I'd *really* suggest getting the serial number and running it by our buddies at customer service to get the real story first...

Guitar Center really need to up their games on used guitars. The pictures are never great.

I don't think they are processed at a central location. Having gear on hand to take photos of all the used guitars is somewhat problematic. Of course, they probably all have nothing but cell phones now to take pictures, and not a real camera. Even a 5 year old digital camera takes better pictures than most phones.
