I see Tim Henson has a signature 9.5 to 46 set of strings, and they're the exact same gauge as the Turbo Slinky set. Anyone know if there's any difference between them at all?

Yep, as detailed in their description:

The Tim Henson Signature string set starts with a set of Turbo Slinkys infused with elements from Ernie Ball’s Cobalt and Paradigm technologies. Through this process, the Tim Henson Signature set achieves extended string life, corrosion resistance, enhanced strength, and brilliant tone with optimized string-to-string sonic balance — a feat that marveled Sweetwater’s guitar players once they heard how their top strings rang out as consistently as their lower strings. Energize your playing potential with Tim Henson Signature Electric Strings!

Ah, thanks! I was looking at the bundle accessory pack and didn't see the description there.
