Well almost.

I finally found a Petrucci Music man in my price range and it arrived today. I should be really happy but I find myself wit ha few issues.

A. The Guitar center ( I know I know ) Forgot to ship the tremlo arm. When can I replace it? Will any do or do I need to order one from Music man?

B. I am getting no out put from the Piezo at all. I haven't replaced the battery as of yet, could this be the issue?

Edit Swapped the battery and the piezo is good to go.

C. They de tuned it during shipping, but when I tune it now the tremlo is now pulled way up.

D. I need to restring it but I am unfamiliar with these locking tuners. Is there a guide or walk thru for them?

Thanks for helping a old man out.

Well I think you can contact them to get your due :) it's not a regular trem arm so in case GC does not provide you with it get it from CS here.

Glad it's now working.

Hard to tell but your guitar might need a setup. With a floating trem you never remove all the strings at the same time.

D. I need to restring it but I am unfamiliar with these locking tuners. Is there a guide or walk thru for them?

Check the FAQ as far as I remember everything is explained there. Just remember never remove all the string at the same time without blocking the trem. it should take you 1 minute per string to change them those locking tuner are just fantastic

Thank you guys for all of the input. I called customer service and was walked thru everything and order a replacement tremlo arm.

After re setting up, changing strings and a quick cleaning I am in heaven!
