In getting used to my new JP15, I have grown to love the middle position of the top toggle switch (3 way switch between magnetic/piezo and both). I'm getting really good at just rolling the piezo and mag volume with my hand while playing - as I really prefer the acoustic sound being there even when I'm wanting a dirty sound. It really helps to create space in the middle when the rest of the band starts playing too loud.
I still occasionally hit that top toggle switch and it mucks everything else. I wish there was a way to remove it completely and replace it with a cap, retaining that middle position - but I'm sure nothing like that exists out there. I also now have a foot switch to toggle when needed so the toggle switch on the guitar has become quite useless to me. Anyone have an idea for just locking that into place - or do I just need to get a better at paying attention?
