yea... the HSS configuration...

i've been vacillating between wanting either an H or an HH 25th Anniversary. this would be my first EBMM purchase, and as such it seems appropriate to pick a configuration which features a pickup in the classic Stingray position.

but to hear Tony Levin single out the neck pickup on his HSS tilts me in that direction. i understand that the bridge and middle pickup combined creates one of those "something special" tones as well...
