The original allen wrenches can be found at a hardware store. The original polish cloth can be found in your old sock and underware drawer. The original springs are on any luthier bench should you need them.
Best $20 I ever spent; the only gripe is not to rely on the string cutter on that guy; it's crap. I use a pair of pliers with the wire snip grips in the middle.
I would think that the springs should come with the guitar. When I got my first Axis WAY back in the day (before I "downgraded" to the EVH LOL!), the guitar came with a little plastic pouch that had some extra springs in it.
If you got this via a retailer, I'd go down and have a nice little heart to heart with them, and hopefully walk out with some in hand. If not, you could get them at a guitar shop otherwise, I'd imagine.
If you're broke, like me (LOL), I could send you some.
It was bought "as is". Nothing at all wrong with it. It just didn't have a case, springs or wrenches. It has 3 springs mounted, but I wasn't sure if anymore come with it. In the event I ever need one, I guess I can pick one up then. Thanks again for the recommendation on the roadie rench. I picked one up. It's a pretty cool tool (sans the cutter (you are correct)).
