Hi gang, I have two MM90's and only need one. Anyone have anything of like value they would be interested in trading? Amps, Guitars etc? Thought it might be fun to see what kind of trade we might be able to do. I have attached a picture of the MM90.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a Axis SPORT right?? Or a Super Sport?? It kinda looks like a combination of the two, with the binding, quilt top and pickguard...

Looks a killer though, I really like it!! :D

It looks to me like a Super Sport, but with a pickguard.

I don't think the sport came with the binding or quilted tops.

I could be wrong.

I could be right

It's a Super Sport - the pickguard is an "after market" add-on... looks cool, tho' :)

The pickguard is taped on, so it can be removed from what I remember.

I remember he said he used carpet tape to attach it. He said it can be easily removed with no damage to the finish. Personally I think it looks pretty cool with it.

As the others have said, it is a Super Sport (MM90) 2001 model. It was new old stock and purchased in 2004. I have done the mods, black pickup covers, knobs and pick guard. The pickup covers I ordered from EB so they are orginal equipment. The guard was made by chandler who does the guards for other EB guitars. It is taped with a few small pieces of carpet tape. This tape is so paper thin and holds the guard no problem. I have never had one fall off. I remove the guard on a regular basis and wax the body. I don't like drilling into my guitars, but do like pick guards. I have done this on multiple instruments and have never had a problem hurting the finish.
