Wow. I've always thought USACG was a pretty reputable company, and I was expecting you to chime in and say that they licensed through you.

To see that they didn't is pretty sad. I thought better of those guys.

Is 4+2 the same as 2+4 when it comes to headstocks? (ie 4+2 = 4 on top and 2 on the bottom and the opposite for 2+4) or does 4+2 purely mean 4 on one side and 2 on the other side?

I notice their asymmetrical neck shape is strikingly Axis-ish. In fact they even call it "E.B. Contour - Asymmetrical .850".
