So here's the situation: I was in one of the local shops today and saw an awesome Super Sport in honeyburst that may have been in my collection in the past. It had just arrived at the store as a trade-in. So I gave it a try. Plugged into a couple of Victoria amps, a couple of Fenders and even a Dr Z or two. The sound was awesome every time (even with me playing). The feel was perfect. It was like deja vu all over again. :D

So here's the question: Anyone ever traded/sold a Ball and then (by some chance) buy/trade for it later?

cheers always, eh

Joel
my apologies if this is a re-hash of any previous threads.

Sort of. My mate and I have traded a particular '91 Silo between ourselves at least 5 times. Still goes for £750 every time one of us gets bored of it as the other can't bear to see it lost forever to the wilderness. Mind you, it's been modded and dinged to the point where noone else would have it.

I wouldn't mind coming across that EVH I sold to Spud sometime in the future too.

My first forum purchased Ball did that a bit.
Purple Silo Special
I bought it from Wolfbone (for a great price) and then myself and Kompressaur traded it back and forth a few times before it finally bounced out of the loop into the hands of Bungo I believe.

Keeps it in the family....

Still here safe and sound! :)

PS Has anyone still got the trem arm? Haven't been able to get hold of a replacement yet. :)

hey Bungo, couple of days ago I was sorting through boxes of mine at my parents' place that I've been told need to go to my place and I think I have the trem arm for the Silo. It must be it as I dont recall having had any other guitars with a screw in arm that has a white tip.PM me your address mate and I'll post it to you.

I'm taking good care of it ;)

Have you bought a replacement yet?

In answer to the main question- no, but I'd love to come across my Gibson SG I sold 30 + years ago to fund my Les Paul.
