Guys you must answer NOW! I found a cool deal on a Translucent Red Stingray black pickguard maple neck. Do you thing I should go for it? Is Trans Red a sought after colour? I mean that if I decide to sell it, do you think that I will find people interested in buying it?

I personally am not a fan of red basses. That's the only thing that has kept me from inquiring about the used Lave Pearl Bongo 5er at Bass Central. I usually either like a burst or a shade of blue. Although I did have a couple of basses that were Cherry Burst that I liked and they both had a lot of red in them. Keep in mind that this is just my opinion, but if enough people feel this way, it might be hard to sell later.

On second thought, why are you already thinking about selling it before you've even bought it. I have been known to think this way about houses, but not other things that I've purchased. If you like it and it's a good deal, go for it!

Thanks. Actually I'm in a dilemma because I'm thinking of swapping with my Honeyburst which I love a lot. WOuld you trade your Honeyburst/black pick/rosewood SR for the Trans Red?
