Tremelo bar movement damping question

I just got a JP-6. I have a question on how to damp the tremolo bar movement. I assume there is a screw to apply some friction to the bar so it doesn't swing like a pendulum & stay in place, which can be accessed with the tremelo back cover off?

Depress bar (divebomb) and there is a little hex screw that you can turn to tighten the bar. It's in line with the high e string and saddle.
