Hello there,

I am new to this board and would like to know if anybody in here has some experience with the Tremol-No?
I want to install it in my JP guitars, if I do so will I be able to change tunings on my guitar? For example when I'm in Hardtail mode of the Tremol-No can I change my tuning to an Alter-Bridge-like tuning like D-A-D-A-D-D in the song Open your Eyes?

to my knowledge they work perfectly fine on JP's but I never used one, and yes it should be able to do that,I think there are two modes, one so you can only dive which might not work as well, and then full on lock, good luck and welcome to the forum!

It is pretty cool. I was a little disappointed that it was missing the crimp ring terminal for the ground wire in the package but no biggie, for now I just ran the bare wire under the screw head on the new claw until I can get my hands on a small ring terminal.

It does work as advertised and does seem to add some more sustain, at least unplugged, when the trem is completely locked. The dive only setting works great too but beware if you do try to pull up on the bar with some force, the deep C block will move and not block the trem anymore. Other than that, happy detuning!!!!

Yes, it works-but make sure you order the right one. The one I have actually came with a bracket that screws onto the bottom of the floating part, but doesnt interfere with the springs. The there is a bracket that grabs that whole thing, so you dont have pin breaks, not uncommon on some installs.

I just took it out of my JP6-because my BFG KOA JP6 should be in in less than a month and it will go in that one. Easy in, easy out. They even have vids for you to watch. Hope this helps..

Okay I got my Tremol-No yesterday and installed it, too. It was really very easy to install, and it does everything I want from it. So I will order a second one for my second JP :D
