Hi
I am reconsidering after a while ago wanting to do this :)) to install a tremolo no on my JP6

3 Q and I would really appreciate your feedback as always :)

1: do I have to make any drills on any other modification, or just a simple install? As far as I remember I've read here on forum that the back plate won't fit anymore after installing the tremolo no

2. any of you having it , like it or not?

3. I see there are 2 types selling - with a small or a large clamp. which one is best for the JP?

I can only answer questions 1 and 3.

1. No you don't have to drill into the guitar or anything. Unsure about the back plate...

3. Neither of those, it's the pin type you're looking for. :)

I have 2 tremol-nos sitting here but I wrecked my ibanez trying to install one (my fault completely) so I'm yet to put the other on my JP7.

Backplate did not fit on the JP when I installed mine. I got an extra and used a dremmel to cut an opening.

I have one...works great, I love it! Backplate worked fine. You need the one with the pin. :)
