I did some setup searching. I checked the 5th Fret string space while holding the string down at the 1st & last fret. No space all . So I turned the truss rod adjuster aprox 1/4 turn Counter clockwise, looking toward the first fret from the last now I have what looks like the "credit card " spec. Sounded better.

The My G Sting was sounding kinda weak so I raised the pickup a bit and it got more in line Volume wise with the D. I went in and out untill it sounded best. I also made it parrallel to the string.

I checked the tune at the 12th fret it is just a bit off but I will fool with that another time.

It sounds better already can't wait til I get those TI Flats <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f631.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt="" title="Eek!" data-smilie="9"data-shortname="" /> Cant say TI here

I feel like I really accomplished something <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" /> Thanks to all y'all <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin :D" data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" />

Glad you figured all the fancy talk out.

One thing - you might have to readjust your truss rod once you get those TIs on there (yes, you can say TIs here). They're much lower tension than other strings.

Aren't EBMM basses easy to adjust? I wish all basses were like that.

I usually can figure it out I just can't spell it.

Since I was a kid the first thing I did with a new toy was take it appart.

Part of my devorce therapy was building a 10 second 1/4 mile Drag car from my 79 Malibu family car, never done anything like that before either

I love to tinker <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=";)" title="Wink ;)" data-smilie="2"data-shortname=";)" />
