Troubleshooting 5th Pos Sound Loss

Brand new to the forum and brand new Axis SS owner ( just purchased a used one with HH and love it). Just one minor problem - after playing a half hour or so, the neck humbucker goes silent in the 5th position. All other positions still seem to work normally. Wait a little while and it begins to work again for a while, but will soon go silent again.
The Strat will sit in it's case if I can get this little problem fixed. Thanks in advance.

Might be a loose wire, or solder point that's come loose.

I'll second the call to CS. They'll help you pinpoint the problem and get steered in the direction of someone who can fix it.

Thanks guys. Talked with customer service ( real people answered-not a computer answering machine), and got some info and a schematic to begin troubleshooting. Will update when I come up with something....
