truss rod question

the truss rod of one of my EBMM is very hard to move
i've never move it before and the guitar is 3 month old
do you think there is a problem or it's normal
I've never had this case on all my others EBMM
maybe an important things it's a all rosewood neck

Sometimes they can get a bit sticky. I would apply a little force (not too much), while at the same time pushing/pulling the end of the headstock in the direction you'd like it to go. That should help encourage the shift.

If it's not moving at all, I would contact the customer service folks and get their professional opinion.

If it's hard to move, always loosen it first, then tighten if necessary. If you are not happy, it's time to call for help.

Hey JM, perhaps the problem is not the truss rod ...
Train a bit with this sort of equipment first :

and after adjust your truss rod

Good for marathon ......but i don't think it's very good for truss rod

ily I would loosen it a bit more than necaserry and go back and forth a bit and it should loosen up. I can remember when I used to be nervous to touch a truss rod as you would here all the stories of how guys snapped them which is basically nonsense unless you tighten it all the way and really crank a turn. A lot of times if you had not made an adjustment in a longtime it will seize up, but it should of loosened once you got it to turn. I honestly can say over the years and reading over 50,000 threads I never read one where a guy snapped his truss rod.

i've do like you said
it's always hard to began to turn it after it's hard but possible
i don't have to adjust it anytimes ...
i've found my good setting
i wish i can adjust it when it's neccesary in the future
