Help! Tuner troubles

Got it figured out. Doesn't work that well when you've got the Es and the B tuned flat and you're trying to get the other three strings tuned standard. I feel like the world's biggest idiot right now. Told you guys that I wasn't used to these new-fangled electric tuners, though.

might be the battery.

my tuner screws up when its low on battery.

What brand is it? i use a cheap Korg, 13.00 dollars and not a problem except when the battery gets old.
