Hello again all....
I have had likely a dozen EBMM basses over the years... Bongos, SRs (pre EB and EB), Sterlings...
I went through the whole Sadowsky, Roscoe, Dingwall, MTD, Warwick and Fender thing and am back with a couple of amazing MM basses.
The Bongo is a 2006 and is killer. The only bass (out of the 60+ I have owned over the last 5 years) I really missed was my Egyptian Smoke Bongo 5 HH. I was lucky enough to find this baby and just love it.
The SR is a 2 band 2010 or 2011 and is the best fretless I have ever owned.... and I have owned a bunch. Amazingly it is playable in a hard rock band (Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Beckcherry, etc.) with flats! Sounds great and even unlined, it is a dream to play... in tune!
I have said this in the past dozens of times, but these 2 are really keepers!
Sorry about the crappy pic...
