Anyone care to spill the beans on any particular man-crush they may have.
Mine are

1. Steve Morse - Just rocked my world these past 20 years with my favorite electric playing and composing

2. Laurence Juber - My single greatest inspiration these last 5 years. His playing and instructional videos completely lifted my playing and composing to a much more satisfying level.

3. Kobe Bryant - Been a Laker fan for 37 years and I've seen lots of games but this guy is such a great player, makes almost all other NBA guys seem limited skillwise.

There. Am I weird I have these?

1. Ian Moss - aussie guitar legend. Since I was a kid ive loved his playing and it hasnt ever wavered.

2. Brent Mason - the best. Country, jazz, rock, this guy has it all, great phrasing, tone, such a humble cool guy too.

3. Adam Gilchrist - Aussie cricket king, best player I have seen and love his sense of humour.

Peyton Manning great quaterback who is really a nice person and quite funny to talk too.

Joe Walsh been listening to Joe for 35 years, love all his stuff and he was the best onstage at the Dallas Crossroada Festival a few years ago.

My departed Dad, I look just like him and he was the nicest, most kind and caring person , wish I was more like him in that respect.

Steve Morse musically and regarding to human skills - just THE musician!!!

Other musical geniuses - John Petrucci, David Gilmour...

But, most important - my family and friends. Everyone of them is a person to look up to.

Dallas Green- Probably one of the BEST singer/songwriters out there right now. He writes from the heart and knows how to get words out like nobody ever has.

Sterling Ball- He knows how to make a guitar, and its something I really wish I could call him and ask about. I want to learn how to build guitars, and he just knows so much. He also knows how to run one hell of a business, and I really think that (being in the instrument retail industry) his company is something to aspire towards. Its a giant company that makes tons of guitars...but they are made with such a family feel.

My Dad- because I want to go to med. school just like him.

Kevin Garnett- What a great B-Ball PLAYAHH! As a huge celtics fan, he brought pride back to boston again. I really love the guy, so talented and so kind.

Oh, and to Keith:

I hate the Mannings :):)

Just to add to my comment.

I'll try this one - well, it's not Haselhof, but he can play guitar better than him (yep, it's possible :)) :

I should probably add Warren Buffett to my list of Morse Juber and Kobe.

Met him a handful of times, read countless books on him, and just about think he's one of the truly legendary americans floating around in my lifetime...I mean how many of those are there?

You guys are WEIRD!

Luke, of course. Friendly, a musical genius, and smells oh so good.

Okay, Alex Lifeson. He's funny and has one of those crazy genius brains. Not bad on the guitar either.

Dave Grohl and Josh Homme(Queens of the Stone Age). Those guys know how to be a frontman, would love to be able to have that persona one day, and also get all those ladies
