I'm not entirely sure this is allowed here - I can't find anything that says it is not. I apologize in advance if it's not though.

Anyway, I have a lead on a Bongo 6 HH in pretty good shape (usual headstock ding, otherwise clean), Sky Blue. What would you expect the price range to be on it? I've been watching eBay, TalkBass and here for 6HHs, and this is the first that's popped up that I thought was a good deal. Price would basically be $1350.

I paid $1200 shipped for my Silver 6HS in dead mint condition, which I thought was a dang good deal.

I've seen 5 HHs all over the board - from $900 to $1200 for a standard model, $1400 for Dargies, and $1300 or more for piezo loaded models.

From my observation, Bongo prices are highly color dependent. Sky Blue is about top attractive.

On the other hand, HH sems to rank below HS with H being the most expensive.

There is/was a 6HH Sky Blue on basstalk. Unless it's yours I think you might want to check it out and maybe ask the seller what it sold for.

Yeah, the one on TalkBass sold for $1300 and shipping. So in line with what this one's going for - I'm just not sure if that's "good" or if I should haggle on it. There's a couple of 5 HHs I'm looking at buying as well as I'm not quite sure I want another 6er in the stable right now.
