Help! Used price for a Sterling 5 2008 LTD

I'm thinking of buying. I saw a HH version selling for $1,200.00, so I'm thinking $1,100.00 would be a good price since it's a H version. Anybody knows how many of these were built?

I'm also curious about the 2008 LTD emblem. Is this an actual inlay or a decal?

The truth of the matter is. I'm thinking about tradeing a German made neck through bass for this plus $500.00 cash. I've never owned a Sterling, and this would be the first. What do you guys think?

1200 would be a fair price but in today market mess you might get it cheaper

Inlay, and a beautiful bass. If you get it for $1100 US that would be fair to both parties IMHO...

I agree, $1100 would be a fair price. It is not that old, so it should be in good condition.

I'm really leaning on getting it. How is the gold plating on these? I sweat a lot and I'm just worried it will fade in time.
