Used Sub1 prices?

I have a young guitar student who wants an EB guitar (guess he likes mine). What is a reasonable price on a used Sub1? I think the other models are quite a bit out of his price range. Thanks!

Anyone know what the MRSP was on the Sub Sterling 4 string bass? A local store has a used one at $649 which seems a bit high but I'm not sure.

Like any guitar, it depends how desperate the seller is. Locally, Daddy's Junky Music in NH has one for $545. I paid $400 private sale and saw 2 on Craigslist at the same time (different sellers) drop down to about $350 with single pickups.

Do you mean the Benji? The SUB 1 was targeted to have street price around $695 or so, depending on options, and didn't have a list price.
