After close to a year of heavy playing I finally cleaned my SR4 rosewood board and used the wonder wipes conditioner but noticed that it goes on kinda thick. Should I let that soak in or wipe the excess off ? Looked but could`t find a answer all i see is care for a maple board. Thanks

When I cleaned mine I just let my bass to dry for hour I guess. Did not need to wipe the excess oil.

Now I'm holding the can and reading - "If needed, apply a dry cloth to neck after 10 minutes"

Oh how I like those wonder wipes! I have a black les paul special and when I used those things on the fretboard it instantly turned so much darker and richer looking. Use them on my Stingrays too though their fretboards already looked great...

Conditioned my fretboard the other day, it was a little dirty and looked dried out. I cleaned it up and use the wonder wipes and it just looks awesome now. Really surprised me !

My ebony board was looking a little parched, those wipes made it look bee-yootiful again. Love em.

Love the wonder wipes neck conditioner... I usually give it 10-15 minutes to soak-in and dry then wipe the board lightly before rest re-stringing.

I would not apply non-guitar related stuff on the instrument. Besides WWs are pretty cheap. If you will buy a big can for approx 10$ you will use it for a looooooong time.

Hi! i just bought a Majesty iced crimson and Im seeing that the ebony on the fretboard seems to be really dry so I was thinking on using the wipe fretboard conditioner but since its new I dont want to remove the strings, Is it bad if I use the wonder wipes with the strings on ? Does it damage the strings?
