Van Halen model in tobacco sunburst??

Does anyone have a Van Halen signature model in tobacco sunburst. Anyone even see any ever. I'm looking to buy one

Newbie here. I understand they made around 700 total sunburst finish, in both cherry and tobacco sunburst

Music Man never made a Van Halen model in tobacco sunburst; I wouldn't even really call it a "cherry" sunburst...but it's the best looking color they made them in, IMO.

If anything, the EBMM Van Halen Sunburst was most like what became Honey Burst on the Axis.

Thanks for this info Mr. Mozart. Like your username. I always considered Eddie the Mozart of rock and roll. Miss that guy! So no tobacco sunburst. Explains why I have never seen one! I agree with you, the cherry sunburst finish is beautiful. Attached is the ad that made me think maybe there were tobacco (tea fade) sunbursts made.

EBMM should consider making a tea burst finish. I wonder if their cherry burst will fade to tea? Like the 59 Gibson Les Paul Standard did in the sun? Anyone have pics of the Axis in honey burst? Might be what I am after.

Resurrecting this dead thread. Here is a tobacco sunburst Axis EX. Early one w/ 5 digit EVH serial. Pretty Close. Yes, the B string has been corrected. Pretty close.
