What are the chances of getting Vinnie up to Canada, say Ottawa for a clinic...he can even stay at my house for free

He was just in Canada in June. Of course it was not in your neck of the woods. Maybe next year as we are planning more clinics in Canada.

Lookin' forward to clinics up here too. Steve Morse has been here 3 times in the past 2 years and I didn't hear nuttin' 'bout no clinics. Did he offer any? Any for the future?

Lookin' forward to clinics up here too. Steve Morse has been here 3 times in the past 2 years and I didn't hear nuttin' 'bout no clinics. Did he offer any? Any for the future?

His Schedule has been a little rough for North American clinics. Were are always hopeful he can do it, but the Deep Purple itinerary has been tough to get him in and out of the city in time for clinics. There will be more to come.

Francric, do I know you by another name? If you're not on the Raleigh Music Academy's email list, make sure to sign up. I am always trying to bring clinicians to our neck of the woods and have thankfully had 3 EB endorsees (Petrucci, Vinnie and Ron Thal). I just don't want people interested to miss out on anything in your backyard since so many of these guys don't come through here much. If I already know you, then sorry about that, but I just don't recognize the screen name.

That's great, i knew he was coming to Guitars Plus (best music store in the state) for some time, because i only live about 20 miles away, i am really looking forward to it, should be awsome.

I recall once that Steve Morse was asked the question:
What question do you hate that people ask you the most?

The answer was "When are you coming to my town?"

That's understandable because travel is a big deal. How do you dissapoint fans by telling them I don't know if I can come to your town. Before it was explained to me, that was the question I wanted to ask as well.

Personally I would get sick of the question and answer, NEVER! The reason is that your town stinks! Nothing cool will ever happen there. If you want to see something cool like a vinnie clinic your will have to do some traveling outside of the stinkhole you call your home.

I would consider going to Vegas.
Dream Theater is coming to Tucson this month. Any clinic information for here? I knew I should have joined the EB Street Team.

He's an EB strings endorser. You mean the EB radio station or stations in general? After his experiences with record labels, I don't think you'll ever see him on a label again. And thus, little, very little airplay. Except, of course, for all the stuff he does for MTV and other entertainment ventures that we don't normally associate with him.
