Before anyone jumps all over me for not calling Customer Service or emailing them...I did email them...but it's also on a Saturday afternoon now and they're probably busy getting ready for NAMM still and this is such a minor situation I don't think it's really worthy of wasting their time.

Having said that, yesterday I was using the volume knob and it felt "wiggly" on me. Worked and everything but it just wiggled on the post.

Today though I was looking at it and was using it and noticed that when I turned it all the way up or all the way down, it kept turning past where the volume was all the way up...and I pulled it slightly and it just came right off in my hand.

Now, how do I put it back on and secure it so it doesn't come off again? are there screws or something through that hole on the knob? If so, I don't know where it went. Or is there a special screwdriver I need to just put the thing back on?

Thanks

If you look at your knob, it's suppose to be secured on with a set screw. If all you see is a hole on the side of your knob, then the set screw musta fallen out.
look at your other knobs, it's just uses an allen wrench to tighten it.

You could probably just go to your nearest hardware store and buy a new screw for 5 cents....

Thanks, figured that...my eyes are going so all I can see is a hole...wasn't sure if it was an allen screw or what.

Shining a flashlight inside and getting my wife to look, she can see the screw still there. so we're golden!

Thanks guys...knew it was simple. But then again, as you can see, I'm a simple guy.
